I think he is pretty cool, though I am not sure if I would like to have him as my doctor lol

I like the show, and as I tend to be a smart ass too, I like his personality.

Yeah, his personality is great.

The show was fantastic for its first two series but it is very predictable and doesn't seem to know where it is going now. That said, I like Hugh Laurie, he was a good actor and comedian over here from way back.

Ever since I found out he is British, I wonder why they make him do an "American" accent for the show. I mean, what would be so wrong with a doctor in this country having a British accent?

House is awesome! I haven't liked Season 4 thus far, and now with the writer's strike, who knows what will happen? But the first three seasons were great. Cameron is my least favorite character, but you can't like everyone. *Grin*

Becky, casting aside, I don't think House could be a British doctor. the difference between him being a smart-arse and being a downright condescending prick is a Very fine line but I don't think a 'British' House would go down well with the American audience (at least not as a lead) because he'd fall squarely into the latter category!

To all you House fans, did any of you see the episode last night after the Superbowl? What did you think of it? I thought it rocked. It was cool watching the team torment Cameron, though in the end, House had other motives. And I liked the woman who was the patient. Too bad she and House couldn't hook up, but talk about a long distance relationship! LOL.

Yes, it was an excellent episode.

I enjoy House, though I do agree that the show has gone down hill this season. Not sure why they kept the original three ducklings around as they don't have a lot to do now. The cast is way too over-crowded and it bogs down the plots.

I love House because I think of him as the anti Grey's Anatomy or E.R. Medical dramas usually are covered in syrupy sap, but House cuts through all of that crap and tells it like it is.

By the way, I love Camryn. I also love Cuddy. If it were my choice, I'd marry Camryn and have a torid affair with Cuddy.

Haven't seen the episode you're talking about, but could I make a suggestion that if you're going to post information about TV that could include spoilers (plot developments, endings etc) that you indicate beforehand so those who don't want to know can skip over?
